The CEO of the company has confirmed that the Lenovo Z5 comes with 18 patented technologies incorporated in it. Along with this, the device also sports an AI-powered dual rear camera setup. It is also expected that the smartphone might sport an in-display fingerprint sensor just like the Vivo X21.

Android Nougat now the most-used version, Oreo crosses 1 per cent share in latest distribution numbers

As per the latest distribution chart, Android Oreo (8.0 and 8.1) is present in 1.1 per cent of all active Android devices. This is slightly better than last month where Oreo accounted for only 0.7 per cent of all active devices. A lot more smartphones in recent weeks have started receiving the Oreo update including the OnePlus 5T, Moto X4 and Honor 8 Pro among others. It isn't all that surprising considering the time it takes for OEMs to push out new Android updates. For a. lot of people still, the version that comes out-of-the-box is usually the only version they ever get.

Tata Nexon AMT To Be Launched In Lower Variants Soon

Tata Motors recently introduced the Nexon AMT priced at ₹ 9.41 lakh for the petrol and ₹ 10.3 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the diesel version. The option of an AMT though is offered only in the top-spec XZA+ trim and although priced competitively, the company is looking to introduce a lower entry price point for the Nexon AMT in its fleet. As per a leaked document that has emerged on the internet, the Tata Nexon will be soon offered in the XMA and XZA variants, making the model more competitively positioned over rivals including the newly launched Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza AMT.

Triumph Scrambler 1200 Could Be Introduced In 2 Variants

Scrambler motorcycles are getting popular globally and after Ducati, it is Triumph Motorcycles that will be expanding its Scrambler range with a larger capacity engine. While the upcoming Triumph Scrambler 1200 was spotted testing earlier this year, UK-based Visordown now reports that there might not be one, but two iterations of the Scrambler 1200 when it goes on sale. Much like the middleweight Triumph Street Scrambler 900, the upcoming 1200 cc version will be sharing its underpinnings with the Bonneville range, while the motor in question is the 1200 cc parallel-twin shared with the Triumph Speedmaster, Thruxton and Bobber motorcycles.

The engines include a 1.6-litre dual VTVT petrol, 1.4-litre CRDi and 1.6-litre CRDi VGT. Despite the design still looking fresh, the Korean carmaker has decided to update the SUV, though the changes are expected to be limited to bumpers and the front grille. The SUV puts out claimed mileage figures of 15.29kmpl, 21.38kmpl and 19.67kmpl, respectively for the three engines.
